Terms of Service

Who we are
FlightPayout operates flightpayout.co.uk (“we”, “us”). We prepare claim documents for air passengers. You can reach us at admin@flightpayout.co.uk.
What we do, and what we do not do
From the details you give us, we prepare a kit of PDF documents: a claim letter to your airline, one-page replies to the excuses airlines commonly give, a summary for an independent dispute body (CEDR or AviationADR), and a guide for you.
We do not send anything to your airline for you and we do not act for you. We are not a law firm and nothing we produce is legal advice. We take no commission: you keep 100% of anything your airline pays you.
Price and payment
The price is a flat £9.99. The price shown at checkout is the total you pay. Payment is taken on a page hosted by Stripe, and we never see your card details.
The button on our form reads “Continue to secure payment (£9.99)”. Using it and paying is an order with an obligation to pay.
Delivery
When Stripe confirms your payment we generate your documents straight away and email them to the address you gave us. This normally takes under a minute.
Within 60 seconds of sending the email we permanently delete your names, address, email address and booking reference from our server. We keep no copy of your documents and cannot re-send them, so please save the email and the files as soon as they arrive.
Starting immediately and your right to cancel
Before you pay, you must tick a box asking us to start the service immediately and confirming that you give up your 14-day cooling-off period once document generation begins. Without that tick we cannot take your order. Our Refund Policy explains what this means.
What you are responsible for
You must give us accurate details, including every passenger’s name as it appears on the booking. We prepare your documents from what you tell us and we do not check it.
You send the documents to your airline and, if needed, to the independent dispute body yourself, and you keep to the deadlines in your guide. Keep proof of what you send and when.
No promise of payment
We cannot promise that an airline will pay, or that an independent body or a court will decide in your favour. Our eligibility check is a guide based on your answers. An airline may rely on defences such as extraordinary circumstances, and a claim can fail for reasons we cannot see. Time limits apply to claims, and missing them can end a claim.
If something is wrong with your documents
You have legal rights if digital content is faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose, and nothing in these terms limits them. If we take your payment and fail to deliver your documents, we will refund you in full. Contact us at admin@flightpayout.co.uk with your flight number and the payment confirmation you received from Stripe.
Our liability
We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to exclude. Subject to that, our total liability to you for anything connected with the service is limited to the price you paid. We are not liable for the outcome of your claim, for deadlines you miss, or for errors in details you entered.
Your data
How we handle your personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with our service, email admin@flightpayout.co.uk. We will reply with a considered answer.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in the courts where you live.
